Digital cards may include player names, country, club, ratings, account handles, card templates, edition numbers, serial codes, and verification details. Some card templates may have stated supply limits.

A card is a hosted digital collectible and verification page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or creating a card does not grant ownership of our software, templates, trademarks, visual systems, or platform infrastructure.

Paid products are charged at the prices shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Because digital cards may be generated, personalized, or reserved immediately, refunds may be limited unless required by law or stated in a specific purchase flow.

You keep ownership of content you provide, but you grant ChessPlayerCard.com permission to use, host, reproduce, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate, promote, verify, and improve the service.

You must have the rights or permissions needed for any names, quotes, profile information, images, club references, or account connections you submit.

The service may reference or connect to third-party platforms such as Chess.com, Lichess, FIDE, CFC, USCF, payment providers, analytics tools, and hosting providers.

ChessPlayerCard.com is not affiliated with FIDE, CFC, USCF, Chess.com, or Lichess unless explicitly stated. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

You may not abuse the service, scrape it at unreasonable volume, bypass security, reverse engineer private systems, submit misleading verification data, upload unlawful content, or use the site to harass or deceive others.

We may suspend, remove, or restrict accounts, cards, or content that violate these terms or create risk for users, the service, or third parties.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent third-party data access, error-free stats, or that every card page will remain indexable by search engines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChessPlayerCard.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of ChessPlayerCard.com after updates means you accept the revised terms.
